"Battering ram" is the 21st studio album released by the legendary British Heavy Metal quintet - and as usual, Saxon deliver their very own style of glorious NWOBHM sound. Produced by Andy Sneap (Megadeth, Testament, Exodus, Accept) in the Backstage Studios in rural Derbyshire, Saxon prove once again that they are able to keep the balance between evolution and tradition, a necessary feat when you want to convince old and new fans. But you can always rely on Saxon, and of course, Biff & Co. accomplish the mission.
